AT&T Extends Contract With iGATE

AT&T announced that iGATE Global Solutions has renewed a two- year contract with AT&T, which will provide a portfolio of advanced voice and data services to the global integrated technology and business process services firm.
Under the renewed AT&T OneNet service contract, iGATE will use AT&T's Domestic Data Private Line and International Private Line services, local voice, AT&T Global Audio Conferencing, AT&T's Frame Relay and Internet service capabilities. Together, these bundled services, which connect 10 domestic locations and four offshore development centers in India, enable iGATE to provide the high- quality, reliable, cost-effective outsourced service solutions to more than 500 clients across the globe.

"A robust network infrastructure is critical for the iTOPS (integrated technology and operations) and IT services that we deliver in the marketplace," said M. Chella Namasivayam, vice president of Information Technology and Administration for iGATE Global Solutions Limited. "Through the integrated voice and data services backbone of AT&T, we have built a resilient network that is fine-tuned for optimal operational performance and uniform service delivery levels."
